- Bitumen Drum Melting Unit / Decanter is fully insulated with 75mm rock wool ( Density-96kg/m3 ).
- Cladding in Bitumen Drum Decanter is done with Galvalume Sheet / G.I Sheet.
- Mechanical lifters are hydraulically operated and supported with an electric panel and power pack to load the Bitumen Drum into heating chamber.
- A 10 HP Electric Motor is coupled with the gear pump.
- Sceed Mounted pump of capacity 300 Lpm / 400 Lpm is provided.
- Jacketed pipeline is provided from Bitumen tank to the pump to prevent Bitumen jam.
